At DesignMake Inspire, the goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their order. If there are any issues with your items, please inspect them as soon as you receive them. For damages, email hello@designmakeinspire.com within 2–3 business days of receiving your order. If possible, include photographs of the damaged items to help resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please remember to follow the washing and care instructions provided with your items to ensure their longevity.
